It's Thanksgiving at casa de Block today...The stuffing, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pies, cranberries, glazed pearl onions and green beans are all ready...the turkey is prepped (going in the oven in an hour), mashed potatoes and gravy are on deck. All of which are being cooked for 12 people, sure there are only 4 of us, but you HAVE to have leftovers. It's the first real family holiday I've ever hosted, my mad flow-charting skills are being put to the test, and get this - it's all 100% gluten free! I can't wait to eat all this deliciousness after the kids are in bed tonight!
